ASG Cert GmbH conducts all certification activities in full compliance with the principles of impartiality, objectivity, and independence. Certification services are offered to all interested clients under the same conditions, based on documented procedures and transparent, well-defined fee structures.
All client inquiries and applications are handled strictly on a non-discriminatory basis. The management and personnel of ASG Cert GmbH are free from any commercial, financial, or other internal or external pressures that could compromise their impartiality. Each staff member is formally committed to upholding impartiality, objectivity, and confidentiality in the performance of their duties.
ASG Cert GmbH maintains neutrality toward all applicants as well as certified or prequalified organizations and individuals. The objectivity and impartiality of certification activities and decision-making are not influenced by cooperative relationships or collaborations with other bodies, organizations, or persons. Certification is not conducted where any risk or threat to impartiality exists.
A Committee for Safeguarding Impartiality supports ASG Cert GmbH in developing and monitoring the fundamental policies governing impartiality in certification activities. The committee ensures that commercial or other interests do not compromise the consistent and objective delivery of certification services and provides independent advice on matters that may affect confidence and trust in ASG Cert’s certification decisions.
